Service Description
Shop from the comfort of your own home! One of our team will guide you through a personalised video handpick session via FaceTime or WhatsApp. We’ll go through the categories you’re interested in, and you can simply say “yes” to the items you want! Choose from a variety of branded and unbranded sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts, jackets, and more. Last minute booking? It’s best to check with us via email or phone before booking to make sure we have the stock you’re after. TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ - Minimum spend: £350 (excluding VAT for UK customers). - Call duration: 2 hours (longer available on request). - If your virtual handpick session begins but no items, or only a very small number are selected within the first 15–20 minutes, we will end the session at no charge. We appreciate your time and kindly ask that you respect ours. If you're unsure whether our stock or service is the right fit for you, please let us know as soon as possible so we can allocate the slot to another customer.
Cancellation Policy
