The term 'us', 'we' or 'Fox Vintage Wholesale Ltd' refers to the owner of this website. The term 'you' refers to the visitor or user of this website. 

This website is owned and operated by Fox Vintage Wholesale Ltd. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers businesses & traders only to purchase goods of second-hand vintage clothing in bulk wholesale quantities. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.


In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.


Orders placed online may be cancelled at any time due to items being out of stock, unauthorised payment, suspected fraudulent activity or any other reason we see fit.


All sale stock, grade b, discounted items including our start up seller and vintage variety boxes & kilo stock are non-refundable or returnable.


When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Promotion codes & discounts that are offered via third party's for new customer incentives may only be used and valid for once per customer or household. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders where we believe incentives are being misused. 


All orders are double checked & photographed by our quality control team prior to dispatch, however in the unlikely event that items appear to be missing from your order, we must be notified of this upon receipt of your delivery. We will require the parcel weight that you have received and pictures of your items for comparison with our records. Unless this is received, we will be unable to reimburse or send any additional items.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If for any reason you are not happy with your order and wish to return it, we can accept your order back in full for an exchange, store credit or a full refund minus the original shipping costs. The return shipping costs must be covered by you. We are not able to accept partial returns.

For hand picking, items are chosen at your own discretion and we are therefore unable to accept returns on any hand picked items from our warehouse once they have left our building. 

For video hand picking, we always try our best to let you know if an item is faulty, however if for any reason this is missed, we are happy to accept the item back for an exchange, refund or store credit.

Orders placed from our ReMade Collection are unable to be returned unless items are found to be faulty. In the event that an item is faulty, items will be exchanged.

If you would like to return your order or have any issues, please send an email using our contact form with your order number & a reason for your return. We must be notified of any returns within 7 days of your order being delivered. All items must be returned to us in the original condition they were sent in from your original order supplied by us - Fox Vintage Wholesale. If for any reason we receive items back that were not included in your original order, we have the right to exclude these from your refund. Items must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your order. We can not be held responsible for the loss or damage to goods whilst in return transit. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to be processed.

When booking a virtual video hand pick session with us, a £50 upfront deposit is payable to secure your booking. If you need to cancel your appointment, we must be notified with at least 7 days notice prior to your appointment. Any cancellations made after this time will be non-refundable.



The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Fox Vintage Wholesale Ltd. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.


Privacy Policy


We respect the privacy rights of all of our customers and understand the importance of keeping your personal data safe & secure. Any personal information you share with us will only be used to ensure you receive the best possible service from placing an order to delivery to the correct address. When placing an order, with your consent only, we require your name, address, contact number and email for invoicing and delivery purposes. By visiting this website, you are consenting to our privacy policy and the terms and conditions outlined above.


Pricing & VAT


The prices of our products on this website are exclusive of VAT and all shipping costs. These costs will be added at the checkout if applicable.

Customs & Duty Taxes


For customers based outside of the UK, VAT & import duty charges may occur upon arrival or before release of your delivery from our courier. These charges are the full responsibility of the customer & must be paid in full by the consignee (customer). We are not responsible for these charges & are unable to advise on them as each country varies. For more information on charges you may incur, you should refer to your government website. 

In the event that the customs charges are left unpaid & the courier is unable to deliver, our courier may return your shipment to us & the charges for the return shipment/costs involved will be deducted from your order refund total as well as the original shipping charges.
