Delivery 

Shipping costs are calculated by weight.

United Kingdom:

Processing & Packaging your order takes anywhere between 1 - 3 business days however during busy periods, please allow up to 5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via text or email.


Standard DPD or FEDEX Delivery (1-2 Business Days):

Fully tracked & requires a signature

EU Shipping:

DHL/UPS Economy Air (3-5 Business Days)

For deliveries to European countries, we use a fully tracked DHL or UPS economy air courier service which usually takes between 3-5 business days for delivery. Our couriers may contact you about your delivery so please ensure a valid email address and contact number is provided.

Rest Of The World

Orders to the rest of the world are shipped via FEDEX or DHL economy air courier service which usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive.

Shipping to different countries is variable, please add the products you would like to your cart to calculate shipping costs. For more accurate shipping quotes, please send us an email to info@foxvintagewholesale.co.uk with your order requirements, zip code, city and country.

We can not be held responsible for the loss or damage to goods if the address information given is incorrect.  We cannot accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.

Import VAT & Customs Charges:

When your shipment arrives, you may be required to pay import VAT and duty on the goods which is collected by the courier directly. We do not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs
 charges, duties or taxes. 

This is collected by the courier who will likely send you a link via email to pay for the charges so they can be released from customs. These are government charges and we are therefore unable to advise on how much the charges may be. You should be able to find out more information regarding import fees via your government website. In the event that the fees are left unpaid, the goods may be returned to us & we will need to take the shipping costs again in order to re send your shipment out. 

 

Bale Orders - Ratio Policy

All bale orders are sold on a ratio basis, meaning premium category bales must be purchased alongside standard category bales as part of the same order. This reflects how our stock is sourced and packed and allows us to continue supplying premium categories while maintaining a fair distribution of all stock. Orders containing multiple bale categories are treated as one combined wholesale order.

Returns Policy:

If for any reason you are not happy with your order and wish to return it, we can accept your order back in full for an exchange, store credit or a full refund when the conditions below are followed.

Due to the wholesale nature of bale sales, the following return conditions apply:

  • Individual bales cannot be returned separately from a ratio order.

  • Customers cannot return only the standard bales while keeping premium bales supplied as part of the same order.

  • If a return is requested, the entire bale order must be returned in full, including all premium and standard bales originally supplied.

  • Partial returns of bale orders will not be accepted.

  • We must be notified of any returns within 7 days of your order being delivered.

All returned goods must:

  • Be returned in the same condition they were received

  • Be fully repacked and ready for transport

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless goods are proven to not fall in line with category descriptions, disclaimers and policies. 

Please ensure your item is sent tracked as we can not be held responsible for the loss or damage to goods whilst in return transit.

Once we have received your item back, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.

If for any reason we receive items back that were not included in your original order, we have the right to exclude these from your refund.

All bales sold by Fox Vintage Wholesale contain used vintage and second-hand clothing sold in bulk.

By purchasing bale stock, customers acknowledge that:

  • Items may show signs of wear consistent with second-hand clothing.

  • Some items in a bale may require cleaning, repair, or reworking before resale.

  • Variations in brands, sizes, styles or condition are normal within wholesale vintage stock.

  • These factors do not constitute a fault or valid reason for return.

By placing an order through our website or via invoice, customers confirm they understand and accept these conditions.
