If you can't get booked in straight after a delivery don't worry, we have deliveries arriving every 2 - 3 weeks so there's plenty of stock to go around and we always have more arriving so we will most likely be able to supply you with all your favourite categories at any given time!

How long do I get to handpick?

Video handpick: 

Calls are scheduled for 2 hours however, if you're taking larger quantities of stock there is no time limit. Just let the staff member doing your call know. Our longest video handpick call was over the course of 3 days!

Physical handpick:

You can have as long as you need in our handpick area. From when you arrive to when we close at 5pm.
